Halloween

This year for Halloween Alex dressed up as a horse. For two weeks every night before Halloween he put his costume on, and crawled around the house neighing to practice for Halloween. Ry even shaved all of Alex's hair off except the center strip of his hair so he could have a mane.
The night before Halloween we went to the ward Trunk or treat. Alex thought it was the "real Halloween" so we were tempted to agree with him and not go trick or treating the next day, however when kids showed up at our door to trick or treat he was onto our scheme. We ended up going around the block, and to visit Uncle Eric at the mall and called it a night.

Our first 5k

Ry and I ran/walked our first 5k. It was tons of fun, and the scenery was gorgeous. It's definitely something we plan to do again soon.

Alex is in Kindergarten

Alex is officially one of the "big kids" now that he has begun kindergarten. He is learning tons, and is doing much better remembering the things he's learning. We were worried about his lack of short term memory recall at first, but with tons of repetition he's getting it, hooray!!
